Automation Engineer
Job Role
    1. Oversee the plant Maintenance, Repair and Installation of Electrical System.
    2. Ensure all Machinery is operating Efficiently and minimizing downtime.
    3. Quickly identify and rectify electrical issues utilizing strong troubleshooting skills.
    4. Perform root cause analysis on recurring electrical faults and implement corrective action.
    5. Experience with power factor correction and energy management.
    6. Distributed control system like: – Siemens PLC, AC/DC Drives, servo Drives, HMI / SCADA troubleshooting.
    7. Working with transformer, HT & LT Breaker Montering of DG Sets & Switchgear operation.
    8. Check & record the consumption of Spares / Consumables Update.
    9. Adopt safe and healthy work Production.
Qualification
    1. 3-4 years of experience in automation and electrical maintenance.
    2. Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in power factor correction and energy management.
    3. Familiarity with transformers, breakers, and control systems.

    2) Monitor production processes to ensure they adhere to established quality standards and safety protocols.
    3) Conduct regular equipment checks and coordinate preventive maintenance procedures.
    4) Oversee and train production line personnel, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
    5) Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement new methods to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
    6) Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.

Senior Officer – Total Quality Management
Job Role
    1. Ensure that all plant processes, from production to maintenance, are aligned with SOPs, maintaining consistency.
    1. Regularly monitor and ensure production and maintenance teams strictly follow SOPs and their checklists, identifying gaps and implementing improvements as needed.
    2. Conduct regular internal audits of production and maintenance schedules to verify compliance, spot inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
    3. Lead and manage ISO certification processes, ensuring the plant meets all necessary compliance standards, and maintain all related documents.
    4. Work closely with departments to identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance quality, reduce errors, and optimize operations
Qualification
    1. Experience in quality management and auditing processes.
    2. Knowledge of ISO standards and certification requirements.
    3. Strong analytical skills.
    4. Ability to communicate effectively with production, maintenance, and management teams.
